A calmer way to control Mac calls

On a Mac, mute may be in a Zoom toolbar, a browser tab, or a system menu depending on what you are doing. QuietClick gives those moments a consistent physical control. Tap the large surface and the companion app sends the action to your meeting. Tap again when it is time to speak.

The LED makes the result obvious: red means the microphone is muted, green means it is unmuted. That distinction is useful when you are sharing a screen, switching windows, or sitting back from your monitor. It is also friendly to a shared office because the state is visible without interrupting the meeting.

Set up in three steps

1. 1. Pair.

   Open the macOS app and connect over Bluetooth LE.

2. 2. Map.

   Choose colors and assign single, double, or long press.

3. 3. Click.

   Mute, check the light, and stay in the conversation.

The device uses USB-C for charging and firmware updates, and its weighted base is built for repeated daily use. Zoom on macOS is the first native integration; a system-wide mute mode helps with other apps while additional meeting platforms are being developed.

The menu-bar companion is deliberately lightweight. It handles pairing, state synchronization, color choices, and gesture mapping without becoming another app you need to manage during a call. When the meeting is over, the button remains useful for the next one: it is always in the same place, responds to the same click, and keeps its status easy to read.
